Operation & Maintain:
(1)carefully check whether the appearance of pvc conveyor belt have serious damage bump phenomenon or not before using,also guarantee that rotating roller should be flexible rotation without jamming.
(2)the distance of installing pvc conveyor belt should be precisely confirmed according to conveyor's characteristics and materials ,avoiding too sparse or too dense.
(3)generally, the lifetime of pvc conveyor belt is much more than 50,000 hours and no need to maintain,but,according to the working conditions and time,it need repair and clean regularly,so that it will lengthen their lifetime.
(4)in order to guarantee the airtightness and using function, no disassembly casually.
